I'm Chet Gleason, and Phoenix isn't just where I work — it's where I'm from. I grew up here, played baseball, basketball, and football at Sunnyslope High School, and after a major injury ended my college baseball career, I found my way to Arizona State's W.P. Carey School of Business, where I earned my marketing degree. Since then, I've built a career on understanding people and how to take care of them: from Aztec Engineering's marketing team, into sales, and eventually into food & beverage management, where I ran restaurants and pool operations and personally oversaw lifeguard training and certification. Every one of those roles taught me the same lesson — success comes down to preparation, clear communication, and genuinely putting people first.

I'm bringing that same mindset to real estate as part of the Next team at HomeSmart. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people make, and I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner who's confident, data-driven, and locally rooted. Central Phoenix and Scottsdale are my home turf, but my market knowledge stretches across the Valley.
